Individual therapy for adults, teens, and children, delivered in-person or by telehealth across Alabama. Every service below is neurodivergent-affirming and gender-affirming by default, not as an add-on.

    Adult Individual Counseling

    For identity exploration, burnout, anxiety, relationships, and the fatigue of masking in spaces that weren't built for you.

    Teen Counseling

    A space for teens (13–17) to work through identity, school stress, friendships, and sensory or emotional overwhelm without judgment.

    Child Counseling

    To provide consultation to clinicians, families, and doctors offices to assist in patient advocacy, connecting to services and more.

    Disability and Accessibility Consultations

    Providing a space for other’s providers who are wanting to make their practice more accessible for those who are disabled.

    Social Work Supervision

    Board approved individual supervision for social workers at all licensing levels. Supervision can be virtual or in person.
